Exchange Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with
your purchases from 5th Avenue Baby. Our greatest enjoyment is when you love
our merchandise as much as we do!
We are always happy to answer any questions about the products
we carry or provide measurements to assist with sizing, check material content,
color, etc. Please feel free to contact us!
We gladly accept returns within 5 days from the receipt of merchandise
for exchange or store credit. This 5 day limit will be strictly adhered to and
your return must be postmarked within that time frame.
All returns require an authorization number which must appear on the package.

All exchanges will be charged the normal shipping charges.
All sale and preorder items are not returnable.
Merchandise purchased for less than full retail are considered
sale items.
Returns must be in original packaging with tags still attached
to ensure a credit.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
All sales are final after 10 days.
Items on sale, clearance or identified as 'Final Sale' are not
returnable.
Please allow 15 days for the processing of returns.
Swim suits are not returnable or refundable.
Shoes/boots can be exchanged for size. If the size is not available,
an in-store credit will be issued.
We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.
We will always do our best to exchange sizes and if your size
is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Holiday merchandise is not refundable but a store credit will
be issued. Holiday merchandise is considered a final sale 14 days prior to the
holiday and is not returnable. This includes velvet outfits.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping
charge deducted from the credit.
Orders shipped with gifts or promotions will have the value
of the gift/promotion deducted from the credit.
Please note that designer apparel can be delicate and may not
hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items
that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or did not hold up well.
Pre-orders are purchases made on new items to ship at a future
date. These items are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. You will
be charged in full for all pre-orders at the time of ordering. Any cancellations
on pre-orders prior to shipping will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate at all times,
but occasionally you may order an item that is out of stock. If this happens,
we will notify you IMMEDIATELY.
All orders are processed automatically as soon as you place
them and cannot be cancelled.
